At our December Annual General Meeting we welcomed our Guild President and Vice President  Ann Denmead and Linda Hagar. Ann officiated for the election of the Branch Committee for next year. All nominees were elected.

Committee 2016 is:

Valda King – President,   Marion Dines – Minutes Secretary,  Gillian Dawson – Treasurer,   Anna Schroeter – Assistant treasurer,   Tina Elms – Correspondence Secretary,   Gillian Norris – Classes Convenor,  and committee members: Brenda Ryan, Lesley Duff, Yvonne Davidson and Margaret Neill.

Our outgoing Committee members Glenys Sikorsky and Pauline Mackenzie were given a token of our thanks for a job well done.

We sewed, lunched and chatted until time to wish everyone a Happy Christmas and a Stitching New Year!

Our first general meeting for 2016 is on Monday 8th February and some of our groups will be starting up again in late January. (Patchwork and 4th Saturday)
